The Wellness Method is my monthly coaching subscription designed for women who want structure, accountability, and education without the cost or commitment of 1:1 coaching.

You’ll get progressive strength training programs, monthly check-ins to keep you on track, and easy-to-digest education that helps you make confident choices in and out of the gym.
No trends. No quick fixes. Just the tools and support you need to look, feel, and function at your best  long term.

questions

Do I need gym experience to join?
You don’t need to be advanced, but a basic familiarity with gym equipment will help you get the most out of the program. The sessions are designed for a regular commercial gym, with clear exercise demos provided.

Is this personalised to me?
No,  The Wellness Method is a structured program with a monthly plan, education, and accountability built in. If you’re looking for fully customised training and nutrition, my 1:1 coaching options may be a better fit.

What if I need to cancel?
There are no lock-ins. Your subscription is billed weekly and you can cancel anytime. Cancellations will be processed within 3 working days. Once cancelled, your access to the program and app will end immediately.
